* Whole roasted lemon sole with samphire, Dorset cockles and confit Tinkerbelle peppers
* 8oz sirloin steak, hand cut chips, confit vine tomatoes and grilled Portobello mushrooms
* Pan fried sea bass fillet with seared scallop, mashed potato, smoked salmon and shredded leeks
